Tato's Mushrooms is a Guelph based mushroom farm. I grow a variety of gourmet and functional mushrooms all year around (different types of oyster mushrooms, lion's mane, shiitake, chestnut mushrooms and more). You can find me every Saturday at the Guelph Farmers' Market. PS: "Tato" is the Macedonian word for Dad or Daddy. Our three children are growing up with three languages (German, Macedonian & English) and called me Tato first, before they learned to separate German from Macedonian :)
